COMMITMENT – An Ambitious Plan to Tackle Quebec’s Major Economic Challenges

I’ve been traveling across Québec for many years. Since I’ve launched my run for the QLP leadership race, that hasn’t changed. I’ve met, in all regions of Québec, QLP members, workers, families. But also, SME managers, big business executives, economic experts and union representatives.

These encounters were enriching and have allowed me, in collaboration with Martin Coiteux, Frédéric Beauchemin, and the rest of my economic team, to develop a plan aimed at growing Quebec’s prosperity, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life for Quebecers.

This plan is structured around four pillars:

1. Regional economic development;
2. Innovation and productivity;
3. Entrepreneurship and business takeovers;
4. Diversification of our exports.
